Billing

By requesting a taxicab service via our website, you are using our service and you are expressly agreeing that we are permitted to bill you for the service and any applicable tax. All service and applicable tax charges are nonrefundable, except when and only when Wahooptie fails to register your taxicab service request. We may change the service charge in effect from time to time without having to inform you.

Refunds

Any payment made to Wahooptie is non-refundable. If your taxicab service reservation request was successfully completed, confirmed and fulfilled by Wahooptie, irreversible service is considered to have been rendered by Wahooptie to you, the customer. Customers must pay Wahooptie for any irreversible service rendered. We're pretty good about taking care of our customers, so if you have a grievance, let us know.

Refusal of Service

Wahooptie reserve the right to refuse to do business with you for any or no reason.

Electronic Communications

By using our website and service, you consent to receiving electronic communications from us. These communications will include confirmations to your car service request and information concerning or related to our service.
